When we use urethane adhesives for pistons, we complete each step of the wheel and piston in the rubber manufacturing process.
Our forged wheels have API 7-K and ISO 9001 certified machining equipment, as well as rubber insert molding and stamping.
Our interchangeable rubber plungers and industry standard “Mission-Supreme” style inserts are based on industry standards; our piston plunger style hubs will support all competitors through OEM interchange.

Piston assembly consists of piston core, rubber, spring, clamps, etc. Pistoncore is made of 42CrMo and piston is made of rubber, Buna-N, or polyurethane rubber.
Application:The piston assembly is one of the main components of the mud pump hydraulic system, the weak link is the drilling operation. The mud pump discharge pressure through the piston assembly is realized by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston.
